The M.V. Taio Frontier P/No-104 and P/No-107 TLG-3 rotor shaft set is a high-precision assembly designed to deliver reliable rotational motion and torque transfer in marine or heavy industrial applications. The shaft, with an outer diameter of 29 mm and a total length of 223 mm, serves as the central drive axis for the paired rotors. The set includes two rotors: the primary rotor with an outer diameter of 57.90 mm, an inner bore of 29 mm, and a thickness of 22.5 mm, featuring six precision-machined teeth; and a secondary rotor with a larger outer diameter of 79.91 mm and matching 22.5 mm thickness. This configuration ensures synchronized rotation and balanced load distribution across the drive system.
Each rotor is engineered for tight tolerance mating with the shaft, with exact ID matching (29 mm) for a secure fit. The gear teeth are designed for smooth engagement and minimal backlash, optimizing torque transmission and reducing wear during high-cycle or continuous-duty operation. The shaft and key system is supported by 3 and 4 keys made of S45C carbon steel, known for its toughness and fatigue resistance.
